"Why climb a mountain? Because it is there."

The Monserratt mountains outside of Barcelona draw climbers from far a wide. But the mountains grow smaller by the day, victim to erosionaccelerated by their popularity with rock climbers, who set spikes into its face to hold fast to the mountain sides on their way up.

Giving rocks that have tumbled down their own means to climb back up to where they came is to help restore the features constantly being worn away.
